Every learner is motivated by an inspirational teacher who digests academic concepts to the extent that the learner has no doubts left in his mind. Such a teacher is equipped with enough skills to choose his words and actions carefully enough to enable him drive home his lessons. Any learner whoever met a teacher of this calibre can attest to the unforgettable memories of teaching and learning encounter he has gotten with such a teacher. Teachers of such elite calibre are rare to come by and this has motivated KTK classes to bring together such calibre of teachers here so that learning can be so lively and memorable events for every learner.
People do ask why teachers of such extreme qualities are scarce. They wonder because there are so many Teacher-training colleges all over the world and they turn out huge number of teachers into the community at the end of every academic year. So why the scarcity of the number of superb teachers around us? The answer is that, teaching is more of a gift than a science. Consider great teachers like Jesus Christ of Nazareth, Carl Max, Constantine and others who never stepped into any classroom. So this teachers were talented from birth and though Teacher -training colleges seek to photocopy the teaching skills of these great teachers and upload it into a trained teacher, yet the original version will differ from its duplicate. Maybe they have photocopied enough but the uploading process hasn’t been refined enough. Trying to copy a God-given talent and print it into another man, is like trying to be an artificial God who deemed it necessary to give out talents to people, with or without the consent of the original natural God who deemed it fit to give such a talent to some selected few. So what the Teacher-training colleges are doing is comparable to someone trying to train a money to become exactly like a man. Maybe more years or even centuries will elapse before we bring such an idealistic thing into reality.

It will be safer that way since even science lets us know that all it endeavours to achieve is to discover hidden truths about nature and not to try to create an artificial world. They were just covered and hidden; awaiting an enthusiastic hard-working hero to appear on the scene and venture to take the bull by the horn. Such a man will be rewarded for his efforts. And the reward he gets is that “new thing” which he comes across.
